What should I do if I have a severe toothache?
Call us as soon as possible. Severe pain can indicate infection or decay. We’ll book you for a same-day emergency appointment where possible and provide immediate relief.
Can I see you as a new patient in an emergency?
Yes. We regularly welcome new patients in urgent situations. The new patient emergency fee is £95, which includes a full assessment and pain relief.
What if I knock out a tooth?
If possible, place the tooth in milk or hold it in your mouth to keep it moist, and come to see us immediately. The sooner we treat it, the higher the chance of saving the tooth.
Do you provide antibiotics for infections?
Yes. If an infection requires antibiotics, we can prescribe them during your appointment. This will usually be part of a wider treatment plan to remove the cause of infection.
What if I need further treatment after my emergency visit?
We’ll always provide a clear plan and transparent pricing before proceeding. Many issues can be resolved on the day, but in some cases, you may need follow-up care such as a filling, crown, or extraction.
